The Vespa Urban Club
The Urban Club scooter will house a 125cc, air-cooled motor that churns 9.7bhp and 9.9Nm of torque. This engine will be the same as in the Vespa Notte and similarly, the brakes too are shared from the Notte. The new Vespa Urban Club will continue with the drum brakes on the 10-inch wheels, however this time it will be fitted with CBS.
The scooters are also mechanically identical – they use drum brakes with 10-inch wheels at both ends and come equipped with CBS as standard. It is also safe to assume that the power train on the Urban Club will be the same as the one on the Notte, which means it will most certainly employ the same 125cc, air-cooled engine that produces 9.6hp and 9.9Nm of torque.
The Vespa Urban Club 125 will feature a matte paint. Its wheels, rear-view mirror housing, front fender garnish and highlights to the apron in black color, and a black border will surround the tail light. The standard Vespa LX125 features a chrome and silver finish to these parts. That said, the headlight mask will have a chrome finish only, though. The Urban Club 125 will receive CBS as standard.
Vespa Urban Club 125, the new variant is essentially a Vespa Notte 125 in different paint job. The Urban Club has started reaching dealerships and at Rs 92,209 (ex-showroom, Hyderabad), the price tag is identical to that of the Notte.
